[Brand] is committed to providing our customers with the very best customer service. We comply fully with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returns and Refunds

[Brand] is happy to accept and refund unopened items, for any reason, within 14 days of delivery, from the following product ranges:

  • Sweets and Candy
  • Food and Groceries
  • Drinks and Soda

[Brand] cannot accept returns for perishable or bespoke goods. This includes:

  • Sweets and Candy with less than 2 months best-before date upon delivery
  • Food and Groceries with less than 2 months best-before date upon delivery
  • Drinks and Soda with less than 2 months best-before date upon delivery
  • Gift hampers

If you change your mind about a product that we can accept for return (non-perishable goods), we will refund the basic delivery cost. However, return shipping must be covered by you. We will not refund the return shipping fee.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, [Brand] is happy to offer a free replacement upon receiving photographic evidence. This helps us recover costs from our courier. If preferred, a refund can be offered instead if the goods are returned.

Heat Damaged Items

Please note that during summer months, chocolate or other heat-sensitive items may arrive melted. Once shipped, we cannot control exposure to heat in transit. Melted items are not considered defective and are excluded from our returns policy. These products will return to a normal state once cooled or refrigerated.
